Executive Committee
Composition & Decision-Making
The Executive Committee includes the COOCVE Executive Board, the Presidents of CenClub and CVE Master Management, and their successors. Decisions are made by majority vote of members present and voting.
Meetings
The Executive Committee meets in April to approve appointed directors for the CVE Reporter. Additional meetings may be held as needed at the President’s discretion or upon written request by at least five members of the Executive Board.
