Sep 14 - Nov 5, 2025Candidate Submissions: Get the Candidate Intent to Run Form online, at Master Management, COOCVE, Clubhouse offices, or in the October CVE Reporter. APPLICATIONS DUE BY 3 PM, NOVEMBER 5.
Nov 17, 2026Candidate Announcement: Released at the November COOCVE BOD Meeting and posted on this webpage.
Nov 30, 2026Voter Update Deadline: Associations must provide their final COOCVE Director list by November 30 to ensure voting eligibility for the 2027 Elections. Click here to view the current list of COOCVE Directors.
Nov 10 – Dec 31, 2026Voter Registration Window: COOCVE Directors register to vote.
Jan 7, 2027Candidate Forum: Clubhouse Party Room  9:30 AM – 12:00 PM. Open to All Residents.
Jan 9, 2027Candidate Forum Recording: Forum recording available here and on Channel 98.
Jan 7 - 17, 2027Voting Open for 2026 COOCVE Directors.
